Risk Management Charter
A personal charter defining hard financial limits, enforced exit conditions, and the ethical boundaries of risk in the Ice Frontiers project.
Context
I wrote this document for myself as part of my risk mitigation strategy. I am publishing it here for the record, to keep myself accountable, not to solicit agreement or endorsement, knowing it is always easier to start a project than to end one after investing years of labor.
